Q: How do I pay for a hack?
A: In order to purchase a hack you need to navigate to the corresponding website of the hack you wish to purchase. You will then be shown the full details of the hack in question, and to buy it you simply click the "Buy Now" button. This will take you to a PayPal page where you pay for your hack, you will need a PayPal account to do this. If you prefer to pay thru Moneybookers or Paysafecard, you will need to contact me to do so.
Q: How do I receive my hack?
A: Once you have paid, you will receive your hack usually within 24hours. Please register to forum.netCoders.cc and send a private message to me including your transactions details (email, name, ...) so your payment can be identified. You're account will be upgraded and you'll receive customer status and your personal license. If you don't like to ergsiter and make use of the customer board at netCoders, email your transaction details to pansemuckl@hotmail.com. You will receive your hack and license in an email within 2hours. If you do not receive your hack within 24 hours, please contact me at pansemuckl@hotmail.com.

Pending eCheques and open payments
A: If you have paid but your payment is pending (eCheque not cleared, Credit Card payment not approved, bank wire transfer not complete) then you will need to wait until it has cleared before you can recieve the hacks. This usually takes 5 days or so, so be patient and wait.
Q: What about refunds?
A:
Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances, and I am very reluctant about giving them. You will need to prove, by your own means, that the hack does not work on your computer. This, in itself, is a difficulty but if I am satisfied that you have proven it then I will consider a full refund.
Q: If I don't have the full amount now, can I split?
A: No, the full amount has to be paid at once.
Q: Can I get a discount?
A: Short answer: No. There is only one exception, in case you clan is going to purchase multiple copies (3+) at the same time. You need to talk with me for a reduced price then.
Q: What that price in my currency?
A: Please google for current currency exchange rates.
Q: Im underaged and I do not own a credit card! What can I do?
A: Use prepaid cards to purchase (Paysafecard) or ask some to purchase for you (friend, parents). However make sure the payment is authorized. Any chargeback or fraud will render your license obsolete instantly, and the hack will stop operating.
